Because our products are personal-care items, we follow a simple and transparent return policy.
1. Returns
We accept returns only if the item is:
unopened,
unused,
in original condition,
and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo.
We will replace the item or offer a suitable solution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
opened or used products
items returned after 14 days
products purchased from third-party sellers
4. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
